    New South Wales police have arrested a former security guard who killed an unarmed black man and left his body in the street in broad daylight just before 9pm last night.

    The man killed, 29-year-old Shaun Brown, was shot by a security guard who was looking after him at a Sydney apartment in broad daylight.

    A NSW Police investigation has identified him as Patrick McClellan서울 출장 안마 who worked at the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).

    He worked with his fellow guards at the West Lakes precinct since June 2013 and had had multiple jobs since working at 룰렛the Sydney Police Department, his friend Matthew McDonough said.

    “He was a very loving, honest, genuine person, he’d never put a gun to anyone’s head, you’d get that from him,” Mr McDonough said.

    ‘Not just a thug, he had a history of violence’

    His family have called for the arrest of Mr McClellan and told the ABC’s 7.30 he had a background of violence and mental health issues.

    Mr McClellan’s wife said the death could have been prevented, but that his former partner had been working with him on a part-time basis for five years.

    “Our lives are on hold,” she said.

    “We’re hoping he will be released from the hospital. He was not a thug, he had a history of violence, he was a mental health advocate.

    “We are asking for his immediate release without charge and for his family to be free of all the stress, worry and grief.”

    In an unprecedented move, Sydney mayor Clover Moore has released a statement saying Mr Brown’s death would be treated as a murder.

    “The tragic loss of Shaun Brown is a tragic loss to us all,” the state성남출장마사지ment said.

    Ms Moore also thanked all the services involved in the investigation, including police and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
